Chokola'j Artisan Chocolates
THE
ARTISAN CHOCOLATIER FROM THE HAMPTONS
Chokola'j uses and features local and/or organic ingredients
sourced near their Long Island location. In addition to single
origin cocoa, most of their varied chocolate confections are
created to showcase those local individual ingredients. 'Late
Harvest' chocolate for instance employs late harvest chardonnay
from Macari Vineyards in Mattituck. Honey for most confections is
from a nearby farm, and chocolate for their hot chocolate comes
from a local organic chocolate producer.
Chokola'j has a selection of distinctive, unusual and seasonally
changing chocolate flavors such as: Chamomile flower & local
honey caramel in dark chocolate, Vanilla bean caviar, infused
Australian fleur de sel caramel, Pacuare milk chocolate, mint leaf,
whole Pignoli nut, Local lavender, organic milk chocolate, enrobed
in 63% cacao. The above is just a small sampling of the current
flavors of Chokola'j - please visit for updates and a full
list.
Chokola'j (pronounced cho-ko-la) is a Mayan word, or term,
meaning "drink chocolate together".
