Owner and founder Julia Baker
believed that learning classical French culinary practices and
techniques is essential to creating extraordinary cuisine, and so
she moved to France for a while to study at the world-renowned Le
Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts School in Paris. While there Julia
realized that her real passion was the creation of desserts and
chocolate. In 2004, studies complete, she moved back to the U.S and
to Scottsdale, Arizona where she founded a catering company prior
to establishing Julia Baker Confections in 2006.
Today, Julia Baker creates gourmet chocolates perfect as a
gorgeous birthday or corporate gift...an elegant gift you would be
