Ococoa Chocolates
Drawing on Ococoa founder's
Lebanese background, Diana Malouf began experimenting
with authentic Middle-Eastern flavors and nut butters such as
pistachio butter and dates with rosewater, hand-made marzipan, and
sesame butter which she would fill in dark chocolate
cups. Ococoa was created as a way to showcase a few of the
best qualities of Diana's Middle Eastern heritage, which she deeply
respects.
Today, Ococoa includes fine chocolate bars and chocolate cups in
exotic flavor combination.
