Issued from a century old French recipe, this famous
thick dark hot chocolate can now be made at home over a stove top
or with a hot chocolate machine. Made with cocoa liquor (raw
squeezed cocoa bean), it contains both cocoa and cocoa butter and
therefore is very moist and
rich. If you actually pinch the powder, it will form. Little
sugar is needed because of its richness. Can be made with water or
(soy/rice) milk. You can also turn the left over hot chocolate into
chocolate pudding.
Perfect for serving guests for dessert and instead of coffee.
