The Spice Lab
The Spice Lab was born out of the
founder's personal need for the finest salts for cooking,
finishing and the table from around the world to make meals
more exciting for family and friends. Always on the lookout
for flavorful spices and different and exotic salts, the founder
discovered that there were many different varieties of salts
throughout the world. After running out of his favorite salt, he
realized he could only buy it in 5 lb. bags. This was enough salt
to make a nice gift for friends and family and still enough left
over to last a lifetime! This is when rose the idea of making
sampler collections of various salt varieties.
