Artisan-Peppercorn Meyer Private Reserve Cashews are an
aromatic and peppered version of the Meyer Private Reserve Cashew
(5 different peppers). Like all of our cashews, these are imported,
slow-roasted and lightly salted to bring out their natural
sweetness. This very specific roast yields a product that is
similar to how prime beef is served - seared momentarily to lock in
the flavor and roasted slowly to a medium rare finish. If the
salted version is a prime steak, this would have to be
Steak-au-poivre (peppered steak).
