A dark chocolate ganache infused with fresh mint from the
garden and covered in a 64% dark chocolate, decorated with a dark
chocolate mint leaf and painted with a touch of green luster dust.
The mint flavor is pronounced, but not overwhelming. These
chocolates are perfect as an after dinner palate cleanser. Made by
artisan maker Vianne Chocolat.
